Le 2 Mai 2O23 il y a eu la signature du contrat de partenariat entre le GAB repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 par son DG et ISTA-BUTEMBO repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 par son PCA, ce contrat permet au GAB de recevoir les \u00e9tudiants de l&#8217;ISTA-BUTEMBO boursiers de l&#8217;OIC de faire leurs pratiques et leurs stages. Il sied de signaler que plusieurs dizaines des \u00e9tudiants b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiers de la bourse partielle de l&#8217;OIC 2O23 venant de l&#8217;ITURI, SUD-KIVU et NORD-KIVU\u00a0 ont d\u00e9but\u00e9 leurs cours pratiques le 2 Mai 2O23 dans les installations de GAB sous la supervision de l&#8217;Ing\u00e9nieur Olivier BAKATUAMBA Pr\u00e9sident de l&#8217;OIC et PCA de l&#8217;ISTA-BUTEMBO, ces \u00e9tudiants ont lancer un SOS aux autorit\u00e9s du pays et les organisme nationaux et internationaux de leurs venir en aide pour la suite de leurs formation car leurs parents n&#8217;ont pas acc\u00e8s de moyen pour soutenir leurs \u00e9tudes suite \u00e0\u00a0 l&#8217;ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 accrue caus\u00e9e par les ADF et autres groupes arm\u00e9s op\u00e9rants dans leurs r\u00e9gions et ils ont lou\u00e9s l&#8217;assistance financi\u00e8re de 45% des frais acad\u00e9miques et 100 des frais techniques\u00a0 octroy\u00e9e par l&#8217;OIC et ses
